Pawfect Limited does not assume responsibility for any brokerage that may incur during postage but will do our best to eliminate this from happening.
Products that have been damaged by chewing or rough play will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. If there is an issue with your product upon delivery please send us a photo and description to email@example.com . The product will need to be returned to us for inspection. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

All of our product is hand-made by us and we do our absolute best to ensure 100% quality however a large amount of our materials are recycled or sourced from overseas so we are not held responsible for manufacturing discrepancies.
